So for those of you working out at home, you're probably just about sick of squats and lunges, am I right?

I've put together a small workout with variations of everyday exercises to show you some different things you can do, using only the floor and a chair!

It's important to note that these exercises may not be suitable for everyone, so if you have any injuries or concern remember to see your doctor before any physical activity!

Tricep dips
3 sets x 10 reps 


Mountain Climbers
3 sets x 20 reps


Jump Squats
3 sets x 10 reps 


Side plank
3 sets x 20 seconds


Straight Crunches
3 sets x 10 reps


Plank with leg raise
3 sets x 20 seconds


Single leg lunge
3 sets x 10 reps


Push up
3 sets x 6 reps
