Superfood Banana Muffins + SHAPE Review!

So it's Saturday afternoon and I'm again baking wholemeal banana muffins for the weekly snacks. But, this time I incorporated a NEW ingredient into the mixture, called Shape - natural protein superfood. The result? WOW.

This product is great - and healthy! It's full of amazing ingredients known to boost your health plus it contains no artificial flavours or preservatives. It's high in protein, has a good amount of healthy fats and only 1.5 grams of sugar per serving.
What's in it?
Nothing but the best! Whey protein isolate, oats, coconut flour, calcium, almond meal, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and vanilla or cacao depending on the flavour.
Why is it good?
Not only is it full of superfoods, it tastes great, you can use it in smoothies or in your baking. PLUS - for those of us time poor who can't get to a health food store to purchase all of these ingredients and make it ourselves, it's ready to go for you in one little packet.

Here's the recipe I used for my nana muffins today:

- 2 cups wholemeal flour
- 50 grams Shape protein superfood
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp natural honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 eggs
- 2 bananas (mashed)

Mix all together and away you go. Bake for approx 35 mins. (Mixture makes 12).
