Full Body Outdoor Workout!

Hi Everyone!

As it heats up in Australia I thought it would be a great time to post a full body workout you can do outdoors in the sunshine! All you'll need for this is yourself, a drink bottle and a sweat towel!

Difficulty: Moderate

WARM UP:
Remember to always warm up, walk for atleast 5 minutes prior to beginning this workout.

ROUND 1: Set a timer for 5 minutes

Complete all exercises and repeat the round until your timer goes off.

- Forward jump + push up x10

- Star jumps x20

- Knee Repeaters x15 per leg

ROUND 2: Set a timer for 5 minutes

Complete all exercises and repeat the round until your timer goes off. Just like round 1

- Lateral Jumps x 12

- Shoulder taps x 20

- Squats x 20

ROUND 3: Set a timer for 3 minutes

Complete all exercises and repeat the round until your timer goes off. 

- Crunches x 10

- Ab bikes x 12

Now, repeat all 3 rounds again! :)

Finally, cool down and stretch!
