My 12 week challenge is the ultimate way to build a balanced & challenging fitness routine. It will challenge you to stick to a plan for 3 months, to be disciplined, to remain consistent, and build healthy habits. It is essentially a workout E-book, structured as a series of workouts over a 12 week period to help you burn body fat, tone muscle, increase fitness & feel amazing.
IS IT FOR YOU?
Every workout in this plan has both a 'home' and 'gym' option, unless the workout is bodyweight only. So, every workout can be adopted to anyone's routine regardless of your access to equipment.
The workouts have been created for those already at a moderate level of fitness, however beginners are encouraged to try as well. If you are at a lower fitness level, simply start small and do what you can from each workout. Go slow, and before you know it, you'll feel fitter than ever!
